  Department of Computer Science, National Tsing Hua University (NTHU-CS), Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C., invites applications for several faculty positions at all ranks in but not limited to the following fields: big data, machine learning, social networks, cloud computing, human-computer interaction and user experience, computer networks, IC design and automation, multimedia, databases, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, algorithms, information security. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or a related field.

  The NTHU-CS department currently has 42 faculty members and an enrollment of 510 graduate and 550 undergraduate students. The department is internationally known for its excellence in research and teaching. We have close collaborations with world-leading universities and research institutes. The university is located near the Hsinchu Science-Based Industrial Park, which drives Taiwan's high-tech industries. The department enjoys strong support from many companies in the Industrial Park and our alumni on research and training.
